We are asking you to fill out a short survey about your feelings about the school. This survey is very important to helping us understand how we can improve the school, so please be sure you fill one out before March 23rd! If you need help to access the website, please contact Ms. Sonny or Ms. Kasner.

We want to hear every family’s voice!

You may take the survey by using the link below or scan the QR code.

● There are no right or wrong answers to any of these question. We just want to know everyone’s honest opinion.

● The survey is translated: Español, 中文 , Tiếng Việt, Tagalog, and عربي.

● The survey will not be used in staff or teacher evaluations.

● This survey will be anonymous. We will track how many families have completed the survey, but we will not know what any individual says on any question.

● Parents with multiple children in this school should fill out one survey for each child. If you have children in another school, you should fill out a survey at that school as well.
